William Green, Landscape Architect
Will Green is a professor and chairman of the Department of Landscape Architecture at the University of Rhode Island. He is a licensed landscape architect with more than thirty-five years of professional experience.
He is also a teacher who advocates for sustainable practices and materials and has directed service-learning design studios since he joined the faculty in 1992. His classes have worked with cities, towns and non-profit organizations from around the state helping to develop solutions and strategies for addressing pressing environmental issues.
Will has a BA from the University of Albany and a MLA from Cornell University.
